The client is responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible and ready.
Delays due to site conditions (e.g., construction, obstructions, unsafe conditions) may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
Shadesmiths is not responsible for pre-existing structural or electrical issues.
6. Product Performance and Variations
Natural variations in color, texture, and material may occur.
Motorized and mechanical systems are subject to manufacturer tolerances and limitations.
Product performance depends on proper use and environmental conditions.
7. Warranty and Service
Manufacturer warranties apply to products where applicable.
Shadesmiths may provide additional service guarantees as outlined separately.
Service calls outside of warranty coverage may incur fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
